The mission of the Le Sueur Community Center is to provide a fun and safe place for our community members to gather and offer quality programs that will help develop healthy individuals and families. We expect that patrons understand the importance of a safe and positive environment.
Registration Policies
- Total fee must be paid at the time of registration.
- When programs are filled there will be a waitlist. If staffing/ volunteers and space is available, additional classes maybe add. The waitlist does not guarantee a spot in the program.
- We reserve the right to cancel programs if needed.
- Cancellations made by the Community Center will be sent via email. Credits will be put on patron’s house account to use later, or the account holder may request to be refunded.
- Withdrawal/cancellations from patrons must be made no less than 4 days prior to the first class.
- Withdrawal/ cancellations from patrons made less than 4 days prior to the first class will receive a 50% fee refund.
- There are no refunds for missed classes or withdrawals after the start of the program. Exceptions can be made for serious illness or injury. (Doctor’s note required)
- A $5 service fee is retained on each withdrawal/ cancellation unless noted otherwise.
Other Program Registration Options
In addition to being able to register online for a program, you may still register in the following ways:
- In-Person – Registrations can be completed in person at the Community Centers during office hours. When applicable, registrations can also be made at the Outdoor Pool. Check, cash, and credit/debit cards are accepted.
- By Phone – Registrations can be completed over the phone by calling the Community Centers office line at 507-665-3325. Credit/debit cards will be accepted over the phone.
24/ 7 Access & Age Policies
- Members 18 & up have full 24/7 access.
- Members 17 & under can be in the facility from 7:00am to 10:00pm.
- Members 11 & under are not allowed in the fitness center area under any circumstances.
- Members 8 & under must always be with an adult.
- Sharing of access cards or letting non-members into the facility will result in cancellation of membership.
